the staff there was super nice and helpful. mr melvin was so sweet. he gave us really great service and was friendly to talk to. house keeping staff raji helped a lot too.
the hotel services feel a little down compare to last years. maybe theres so many guest now. the rooms were in diffrent floor even though i booked months ago.
